Overview

İstanbul Sabahattin Zaim university was established by Science Dissemination Foundation bound with the Higher Education Law of 2547 and in 24 April 2010, in the official newspaper issue 27561, it was published and officially accepted. It has been a foundation university with public legal entity with the law number 5981.

 

Sabahattin Zaim was a distinquished scholar of the country and a member in the Board of Trustees of Science Dissemination Foundation. His name is given to the university as an example of faithfulness. He deserved the title “teacher of teachers” in the eyes of his students with the books he wrote and dedicated his life to science.  He always encouraged his people towards faithfulness.

 

Our university was established with the qualified academic staff to provide serious education services with the intention to contribute to the education of our country and society. From the beginning of students education with rigorous college-industry cooperation will be provided for recognition of all kinds of work and business life, will help them find a job after graduation. In addition, students who wish to turn to serious academic study facilities will be supported and provided with opportunities.
 

The University is located on 327 acres of land which is a new and rapidly developing areas of modern life in Halkalı/Küçükçekmece, İstanbul. The Campus has faculties, laboratories, conference rooms, basketball and volleyball courts, a gym, tennis courts, fitness saloon, cafe and restaurants.
