Middlesex University

London, City of - United Kingdom

Overview

For more than 130 years, we`ve been home to great minds a determined and unwavering ambition to improve our world through teaching, learning and research.

Our roots took hold in 1878, when St. Katherine`s College first opened its doors in Tottenham. Seven additional colleges and training institutions across north London followed, coming together to form Middlesex Polytechnic in 1973.

Nearly two decades later, Middlesex Polytechnic was granted university status by royal assent to become the world-class institution it`s known as today – with campuses in Dubai, Malta and Mauritius and trusted academic partnerships stretching across the globe.

Our vision is to become a leading university of choice, recognizes the world over for our outstanding contribution to teaching, learning and research.

We`ll continue to complete on an international stage, drawing ambitious, talented students and high-performing, inspirational staff from across the globe.

How do we do it? By enhancing student achievement and satisfaction, while strengthening our leadership and staff performance.

Our mission is to produce growing community of staff, students and partners who make vital contribution to the economic, cultural and social wellbeing of the societies in which they live and work.

Middlesex University is a destination for students and staff who want to achieve their potential, and get the most from their professional and academic careers. It makes sense, therefore, that we have a management team run by hard-working, forward-thinking individuals and an organisational structure that's geared to deliver success.
