Ipek University was found in 2011 to be the first arts and social sciences university as a non-profit foundation university. The main purpose of the university is to encourage specialization in certain areas while making the biggest investment in the most neglected fields of study in Turkey. Thus, programs in Management and Administrative Sciences, Cinematic Arts, Political Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences, Art and Design will be given priority. The university level partners are chosen to correspondent to Ipek’s profile and needs of students, staff and professional life. Departments and IO are working precisely to determine future partners on the basis of quality from the start. Rooting from Internationalization strategy you can’t exclude any part of the world; however as being part of Europe and having close cultural background with Middle East, this will set the key contribution for our partner search strategy. We intend to provide our future students and staff a wide variety of quality partners in the EU that they can benefit from European Mobility. Not only for our future students and staff but also we will secure a multıcultural environment in our campus. The mobilty will sustain the opportunity of Ipek’s international network for future joint degrees, joint projects, cirruculum development and foster a diverse academic setting.

Successful students may qualify for a full or partial scholarship. Full scholarship includes tuition fee, dorm and living expenses, which is 500 Turkish Lira per month in 2013-2014 academic year.
